I dont think any organization or business, not just ecommerce companies, can get away from the topic of how to attract and retain digital talent. If we remove the word “digital”, then its just about what any company can and should do to attract and retain good people. People of course want to be paid a fair wage for the work they do, they want to work in an environment where they are appreciated, they enjoy working with their colleagues and they want to feel proud about what they have done and inspired to do more in the future.
